TELISIK | MEDAN – Dengan menggunakan jubah panjang lengkap dengan peci dan sorban,
sejumlah mahasiswa dari Solidaritas Mahasiswa dan Alumni UIN-SU, menggelar aksi baca yasin, tahtim, tahlil dan doanya untuk meminta Kejatisu segera menyidik dan menetapkan tersangka kasus jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek di UINSU.
Aksi baca yasin, tahtim, tahlil dan doanya dilakukan sejumlah mahasiswa UINSU di depan gerbang kantor Kejatisu, Jalan AH Nasution, Pangkalan Mansyur Medan, Selasa sore (7/9).
Koordinator aksi Rizki Agussalim Siregar mengatakan, aksi simpatik dan damai dengan membaca yasin, tahtim, tahlil dan doanya mereka lakukan memohon pada Allah SWT untuk mengetuk dan membuka hati Kepala Kejatisu dan tim yang menangani kasus jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek di UINSU agar segera meningkatkannya ke tahap penyidikan dan menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus itu.
“Kami juga memohon pada Allah SWT agar menguatkan hati dan pendirian pihak Kejatisu agar tidak tergiur dengan ‘iming-iming’ yang mungkin ditawarkan atau diberikan pihak UINSU agar pihak Kejatisu tidak memproses lebih lanjut kasus ini,” kata Rizki Agussalim.
‘Kejatisu jangan kongkalikong dalam kasus ini. Kami meminta Kejatisu agar segera meningkatkan kasua ini ke penyidikan dan menetapkan siapa tersangkanya. Hukum berat tersangkanya karena telah merusak citra UINSU di masyarakat,” kata Rizki lagi.
Disebutkannya, Presiden Joko Widodo melalui juru bicara Kepresidenan, Johan Budi, pada 18 Januari 2017, mengatakan bahwa praktik jual beli jabatan merupakan bentuk penyimpangan aturan dan masuk dalam domain kejahatan pidana yang menjadi prioritas pemerintah untuk di berantas.
Mengacu pada program priorìtas pemerintah yang jelas dan tegas menyebut jual beli jabatan adalah tindak pidana dan penyimpangan aturan, sebut Rizki, maka dalam rangka menciptakan pemerintahan yang bersih dan transparan, masyarakat telah melaporkan dugaan jual beli jabatan dan dugaan pengaturan proyek di UINSU.
“Pada bulan Juni 2021, masyarakat dari Aliansi Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Anti Korupsi Sumatera Utara telah melaporkan dugaan jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek di UINSU ke Kejatisu dan Poldasu dengan disertai bukti-bukti yang cukup kuat. Harusnya itu bisa menjadi dasar bagi Kejatisu untuk meningkatkan kasus ini ke penyidikan,” ujar Rizki.
Dengan masih mengambangnya kasus dugaan jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek di UINSU yang ditangani oleh Kejatisu dan juga Poldasu, menurut Irham Sadani Rambe selaku peserta aksi dan salah satu pelapor dalam kasus ini, telah menimbulkan keresahan dan isu-isu liar di masyarakat, terutama dilingkungan kampus UINSU.
“Telah muncul isu-isu bahwa telah terjadi kongkalikong antara pihak UINSU dengan Kejatisu dan Poldasu untuk meredam kasus ini dan agar kasus ini tidak ditingkatkan ke penyidikan,” kata Irham.
Irham mengatakan, sangat aneh jika kasus ini tidak segera ditingkatkan ke penyidikan dan tidak ada tersangka yang ditetapkan. Sebab, selain bukti-bukti yang mereka berikan cukup kuat disertai dengan siapa yang terduga pelakunya, sejumlah saksi yang diperiksa baik di Kejatisu maupun Poldasu juga sudah menceritakan secara terang benderang bahwa dugaan jual beli jabatan di UINSU benar terjadi dan siapa saja pelakunya.
“Jadi apa lagi yang ditunggu Kejatisu dan Poldasu. Kenapa tidak segera disidik kasus ini dan ditetapkan tersangkanya. Apa ada sehingga kasua ini masih mengambang. Kami curiga jika kasus ini tidak segera ditingkatkan, telah terjadi kongkalikong antara pihak UINSU dengan Kejatisu dan Poldasu,” tegas Irham.
Adalah wajar, imbuhnya, jika masyarakat khususnya civitas akademika dan stakeholder UINSU resah dan mempertanyakan kinerja Kajatisu dan Poldasu dalam mengungkap kasus ini. Sebab masyarakat berharap kasus ini dapat segera ditangani dengan cepat, transparan dan dapat segera diketahui siapa tersangkanya.
Sebab, persoalan yang terjadi di UINSU saat ini, lanjut Irham, telah menjadi perhatian publik. Karena UINSU adalah kampus Islam kebanggan masyarakat Sumut, dan tentunya masyarakat menginginkan kampus tempat mencetak para ulama dan cendikiawan muslim ini bersih, bebas dari korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme.
Setelah membaca yasin, tahtim, tahlil dan doanya serya melakukan orasi-orasi di depan gerbang kantor Kejatisu, para mahasiswa ini kemudian diterima oleh Plt Kasi Penkum Kejatisu, PDE Pasaribu, untuk berdialog di ruang PSTP Kejatisu.
Akan Ada Beberapa Tersangka
Saat berdialog dengan mahasiswa, PDE Pasaribu menyampaikan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya terhadap mahasiswa yang sudah memberikan karangan bunga beberapa waktu lalu dan hari ini membacakan yasin, tahtim, tahlil, sholawatan dan doa bersama untuk memberi dukungan pada Kejatisu dalam menindaklanjuti laporan terkait kasus dugaan jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek di UINSU.
“Tapi kami minta pada adik-adik mahasiawa, berikan kami waktu untuk segera meningkatkan kasus ini dari penyelidikan menjadi penyedikan. Tentunya nanti akan ada beberapa tersangkanya, kita tunggu saja,” kata Pasaribu.
Pasaribu juga berharap agar mahasiswa tetap mengawal kasus ini. Apabila ada hal-hal seperti adanya upaya untuk menghilangkan alat atau barang bukti oleh pihak-pihak tertentu agar segera melaporkannya ke Kejatisu.
“Demikian juga jika ditemukan adanya informasi serta bukti-bukti tambahan terkait kasus dugaan jual beli jabatan dan pengaturan proyek ini di UINSU, silahkan adik-adik langsung laporkan kepada kami,” ujar Pasaribu. (AViD/has)
