TELISIK.NET I LANGKAT
Memasuki hari ketiga pembuktian kualifikasi berkas lelang proyek di Unit Kegiatan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (UKPBJ) Pemkab Langkat, Jum’at (17/11) siang mendadak kisruh. Sekelompok oknum aparat berpakaian preman terlibat bentrok saat mengawal salah seorang rekanan.
Walau tidak terjadi aksi pukul-pukulan, namun sekelompok oknum aparat keamanan yang di sebut-sebut bertugas di Belawan tersebut sempat terlibat adu mulut dan saling dorong dengan rekanan dan pemuda setempat, saat akan memasuki ruang UKPBJ yang terletak di Kantor Bupati Langkat Jalan T Amir Hamzah, Stabat.
Saat aksi dorong tersebut, oknum aparat keamanan yang membecking salah seorang rekanan tersebut mengenakan topi dan masker hitam.
Masih beruntung, aksi saling dorong dan adu mulut tersebut dengan cepat di lerai petugas kepolisian dari Polres Langkat yang ada di lokasi.
Di duga imbas dari peristiwa itu, oknum aparat yang salah satunya di ketahui berinisial WA memperlihatkan rasa tidak senang.
Sejak Jumat malam hingga, Sabtu (19/11) melakukan sweeping kepada sekelompok warga di Desa Pantai Gemi, Stabat.
“Sejak tadi malam, mereka mendatangi beberapa warga dan mencoba melakukan teror,”ungkap seorang warga yang mewanti-wanti namanya tak di sebut.
Aksi sweeping yang di lakukan oknum aparat tersebut, mulai mematik keresahan masyarakat di Ibu kota Kabupaten Langkat tersebut.
“Ngapain pula mereka ngawal-ngawal pemborong. Tugasnya kan di Belawan dan bukan aparat kepolisian di sini,”sebut warga.
Warga mengatakan, sejak malam itu mereka sudah siaga satu. Apabila oknum aparat tersebut mencoba melakukan intimidasi dan memprovokasi warga dengan kekerasan, warga setempat siap berjibaku pula
.”Pak Danlantamal harus tahu, ada oknum anggota nya yang menjadi pengawal pemborong di Langkat. Dan ini sudah bukan tupoksi nya lagi,”tukas warga.
Apabila dalam sepekan ini, aksi sweeping tetap di lakukan, warga mengancam akan buat laporan ke Panglima TNI, Kasal dan Komandan Lantamal Belawan.
“Inisial oknum nya kami sudah tau. Dan ini adalah bentuk teror dan bisa merusak citra TNI sebagai pelindung masyarakat,”tukas warga.( tra)
