Plt Bupati Langkat H. Syah Afandin, SH menghadiri Pelantikan Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat Kecamatan (FKDM) Se Kabupaten Langkat dan Apel Siaga, bertempat di Jentera Malay Rumah Dinas Bupati Langkat, Selasa (19/12/2023).
Kegiatan ini merupakan pelantikan FKDM Kecamatan Se Kabupaten Langkat yaitu 23 kecamatan, dan anggota yang di Lantik sebanyak 115 orang.

Apel siaga ini ditandai dengan pembacaan fakta integritas FKDM Se Kabupaten Langkat diikuti seluruh anggota FKDM dan penandatanganan fakta integritas oleh ketua FKDM Langkat disaksikan oleh Plt. Bupati Langkat.
Selanjutnya penyerahan SK secara simbolis kepada FKDM Kecamatan diserahkan oleh Plt. Bupati Langkat H. Syah Afandin, SH.
Ketua FKDM Kabupaten Langkat Risman Dianto Karo karo mengaku ingin Kabupaten Langkat punya standard kebudayaan.
“Kita berharap agar Langkat punya standard kebudayaan. Sehingga Langkat menjadi aman dari kemaksiatan dari narkoba, karena kebudayaan merupakan pintu masuk dari itu semua,” ucapnya.
“Selamat yang sudah dilantik semoga kita menjadi fungsionalis negara, karena kita adalah organisasi pemerintah,” sambungnya.
Plt Bupati Langkat H. Syah Afandin, SH mengucapkan selamat atas terlantik nya FKDM. Disuasana yang teduh ini saya merasa bangga hadir dan melantik kalian.
“Saya ucapkan selamat semoga kalian bisa bekerja dengan baik untuk membantu tugas pemerintah kabupaten Langkat,” sebutnya.
Plt. Bupati Langkat ingin kerja FKDM di perluas. FKDM Kabupaten Langkat diharapkan menjadi updatenya informasi update kabupaten Langkat, baik terkait keamanan, bencana dan lainnya, dan diinformasi itu lengkap dengan penyebab dan faktornya.
“Saya mau FKDM Langkat, Kecamatan, Desa dan kelurahan menjadi informasi update tentang kondisi kelurahan, desa, dan kecamatan,” harapnya.
“Contohnya misal ada pembangunan barak narkoba segera laporkan. Jangan sudah terjadi baru di laporkan karena kita sifatnya kordinasi. Jadi kita bisa buat tindakan dengan polres, BNN atau Dandim,” tambahnya.
Plt. Bupati Langkat mengaku ingin menaikkan anggaran FKDM Langkat dari 300 juta menjadi 1 Miliar.
“Anggaran FKDM ini cuma 300 jt, dengan jumlah seluruh anggota lebih dari 1400. Jadi untuk memaksimalkan kerja kalian, saya akan menaikkan menjadi 1 Miliar jika saya terpilih nanti,” ujarnya.
“Saya akan mengawasi bahwa ini bukan teruntuk gaji melainkan untuk pendukung kegiatan yang tujuannya membantu tugas pemerintah kabupaten Langkat,” terangnya.
