Medan – Pengurus Dewan Perwakilan Daeraha Konfederasi Serikat Perkerja Seluruh Indonesia (DPD KSPSI) 1973 Sumut, beraudiensi ke Dinas Ketenagakerjaan (Disnaker) Provsu, Rabu (11/10/2023) siang. Kehaadiran meraka pun disambut hangat oleh Kadisnaker Sumut Ir Abdul Haris Lubis.
Pada kesempatan itu, Ketua DPD KSPSI 1973 Sumut Pengadilen Sembiring SH MH BSc, memeperkenalkan unsur pengurus yang mendapinginya. Dengan ramah dan penuh keakraban, Abdul Haris berbincang serius dengan pengurus serikat pekerja itu di ruang kerjanya.
Tak ingin menyia – nyiakan momen penting itu, Pengadilen pun menyampaikan poin penting kepada Abdul Haris. Terutama, terkait harapan Pengadilen untuk menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan pihak pemerintah, khususnya Disnaker Sumut.
“Semoga permasalahan pekerja dan buruh di Sumut kedepannya dapat diatasi dengan baik. Semua itu dapat terwujud, jika terjalin kerja sama yang harmonis antara serikat pekerja dan instansi – instasi terakait,” tutur pria berdarah Karo itu.
Menanggapi harapan Pengadilen, Abdul Haris menyarankan, agar selalu berkordinasi dan membangun hubungan yang harmonis. Terutama dengan pihak pemerintahan dan perusahaan – perusahaan yang ada di Sumatera Utara.
“Permasalahan pekerja dan buruh bukanlaha tanggung jawab pemerintah semata, namun adalah tanggung jawab kita bersama. Membangun sinergitas anatara serikat pekerja dan buruh, adalah langkah tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan pekerja dan buruh, khususnya di Sumatera utara,” tegas Abdul Haris. (Ahmad)
