Stabat – Siti Faradillah, salah seorang guru honorer yang ikut berorasi di Kantor Bupati Langkat, Rabu (27/12/2023) kemarin, mengungkapkan adanya dugaan guru honorer ‘Siluman’ yang lolos Seleksi P3K tahun 2023. Dengan penuh kekeceaan, wanita yang sudah mengabdi selam 16 tahun itu pun menyampaikan kekesalannya kepada Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH.
Hal itu ditegaskan Siti saat bertemu awak media di Kota Stabat. “Saya ketahui, pertamanya dia ngajar di swasta. Pas mau penerimaan P3K pada bulan Juli 2023 kemarin. Kemudian mereka pindah induk mengajar di sekolah negeri, tapi makhluknya tidak ada. Itu kan siluman namanya,” ketus Siti, Kamis (28/12/2023) sore.
Ironisnya, kata Siti, guru honorer yang diduga siluman itu dengan mudahnya mendapat surat penugasan dari dinas terkait. Sementara, oknum tersebut baru dua bulan pindah ke sekolah negeri.
Sementara Siti dan beberapa orang teman senasibnya, sudah mengabdi selama belasan tahun. Tapi mereka tidak lulus seleksi P3K guru di tahun 2023 ini. Kepada pemerintah daerah, Siti meminta untuk dilakukan ke sekolah – sekolah terpencil. Karena, di sekolah terpencil keberadaan guru siluman tersebut tidak terdeteksi oleh pengawas.
“Jadi kami yang sudah 16 tahun mengajar ini, kok terzolimi sekali. Itu banyak di daerah Kecamatan Salapian, silahkan cek. Mereka memindahkan dapodik dan bekerjasama dengan operator,” ujar Siti kesal.
Siti menambahkan, sewaktu ikut seleksi P3K guru kemarin, ia mendapat nilai yang tinggi. Namun karena adanya dugaan guru honorer siluman teresbut, ia dan rekannya bernasib apes dan tersingkir.
Mirisnya lagi, guru siluman tersebut akan melakukan pengusulan penempatan setelah lulus. Dimana, penempatannya sendiri persis di daerah tempat Siti mengajar. Jadi secara otomatis, Siti tidak memegang mata pelajaran lagi.
Siti dan rekannya berharap, agar Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat dan pihak terkait dapat memberantas siluman – siluman tersebut. “Kami merasa sangat dirugitakan. Karena selain nilai kami tinggi, kami juga sudah mengajar belasan tahun,” tegas Siti.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Pengajaran (P dan P) Kabupaten Langkat Dr H Saiful Abdi SH SE MPd belum memberikan terkait hal tersebut. Hingga berita ini dibuat, pesan WhatsApp yang dikirim kepadanya, belum dibalas yang bersangkutan. (Ahmad)
