TELISIK – SIDIKALANG – Pangdam I/Bukit Barisan, Mayjen TNI Hassanudin, SIP, MM, bersama Kapoldasu Irjen Pol Drs RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak, M, Si berkesempatan menghadiri acara penyerahan dana kompensasi alih KJA (Keramba Jaring Apung) milik warga Desa Silahi Sabungan, Kabupaten Dairi yang dioperasikan di Danau Toba, Kamis (29/4/2021).
Selain Pangdam I/BB, Kapolda Sumut, Irjen Pol Drs RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak, MSi, juga turut hadir dalam acara penyerahan dana kompensasi sebesar Rp 5 juta/petak milik warga dilakukan dalam acara tatap muka antara unsur Forkopimda Dairi dengan warga Desa Silahi Sabungan.
Di sela acara, Pangdam I/BB menyampaikan apresiasinya atas pelaksanaan penyerahan kompensasi alih KJA milik warga Desa Silahi Sabungan yang dioperasikan di Danau Toba.
Karena itu, Pangdam I/BB memastikan seluruh satuan jajarannya akan mendukung penuh kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat terkait dengan penertiban KJA di sekitaran Danau Toba.
Sementara, Danrem 023/KS, Kolonel Inf Febriel Buyung Sikumbang, SH, MH, yang juga ikut menyerahkan secara simbolis kompensasi alih KJA, berharap kepada warga masyarakat Desa Silahi Sabungan untuk memanfaatkan dana yang diterima guna membuka usaha lain, sehingga perekonomian keluarganya tetap terjaga.
Harapan senada disampaikan Bupati Dairi, Edi Kelleng Ate Berutu seraya mengimbau warga penerima kompensasi alih KJA untuk mematuhi himbauan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah terkait pelestarian ekosistem Danau Toba.
“Masyarakat yang selama ini bermata pencaharian dari KJA akan diberikan bantuan/kompensasi alih usaha , dan diharapkan dana ini bisa dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk menopang perekonomian keluarganya masing-masing,” pungkas Bupati Edi Kelleng.
Selesai penyerahan kompensasi, acara dilanjutkan dengan meninjau KJA milik warga masyarakat Desa Silahi Sabungan yang akan ditertibkan di kawasan Danau Toba.
Adapun data jumlah pemilik KJA 82 orang dengan jumlah KJA sebanyak 2996 petak, untuk hari ini jumlah KJA yang ditertibkan ada 12 orang dengan jumlah KJA 56 petak.
