TELISIK | STABAT – Mengetahui warganya malakukan aksi jalan kaki (long march), ke Kantor Bubernur dan DPRD Sumtu, Jum’at (4/30) sore, Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH pun ikut prihatin. Orang nomor satu di Negeri Bertuah itu meminta, agar PT Thong Langkat Energi (PT TLE) dapat memahami apa yang diharapkan warganya.
Hal itu disampaikan Ondim via telepon selulernya, sesaat setelah mengetahui aksi long march warga Kecamatan Kutambaru dan Bahorok, sebagai korban genangan air bendungan pembangkit listrik tenaga minihidro PT TLE. “Sedih saya mendengar warga gak bisa manen sawitnya karena terendam,” ketus Ondim, Jum’at (4/3) malam.
Adik mantan Gubernur Sumut H Syamsul Arifin SE itu menegaskan, seharusnya pihak PT TLE dapat lebih bijak dalam menyikapi persoalan tersebut. Dia berharap, nasib warganya yang terdampak dari bendungan PT TLE, dapat diperhatikan dengan serius.
“Kita berharap, agar PT TLE bisa segera menyelesaikan persoalan ini. Kompensasi yang dijanjikan hingga masalah ini selesai, seharusnya juga direalisasikan, agar masyarakat bisa tetap makan. Karena, hasil kebun sawit yang terendam itu lah tumpuan hidup masyarakat,” tandas Ondim.
Sebelimnya, tak menemukan hasil dari mediasi yang digelar Pemkab Langkat, Jum’at (4/3) siang, belasan warga Desa Kuta Gajah, Kecamatan Kutambaru, Kabupaten Langkat long march ke Kantor Gubernur Sumut. Para korban genangan bendungan PT Thong Langkat Energi (PT TLE) itu, meninggalkan Stabat menuju Kota Medan dengan berjalan kaki.
Aksi jalan kaki tersebut, merupakan bentuk kekecewaan warga terhadap DPRD dan Pemkab Langkat yang dianggap gagal memperjuangkan hak mereka. Kekecewaan itu berawal dari, pihak PT TLE sebagai pengelola pembangkit listrik tenaga minihidro (PLTM) Batu Gajah, tak hadir dalam mediasi tersebut.
Tak hanya itu, masyarakan berasumsi, pihak Pemkab Langkat belum memberikan kepastian terhadap persoalan yang sedang dihadapi warganya. Pertemuan yang dipimpin Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Affandin SH itu, diakhiri tanpa ada hasil seperti yang diharapkan masyarakat.
“Kita berdiri pada posisi, dimana agar masyarakat bisa terbantu. Di sisi lain, kita juga melihat regulasi dari perusahaan lain. Sehingga harapan kita nantinya, ada suatu hasil yang mungkin tidak memuaskan, tapi tidak juga memberatkan,” ungkap Syah Afandin kepada perwakilan warga.
Menanggapi hal itu, Meidi Kembaren yang mewakili suara masyarakat menjelaskan, pihaknya inigin kepastian terkait nilai dan waktu untuk merealisasikan hak mereka. “Janganlah dibuat ngambang. Selama ganti untung belum dibayar, apa kompensasinya bagi masyarakat,” tegas Meidi.
Diakhir pertemuan itu, Syah Afandin menegaskan, akan segera menginformasikan hasil dari PT TLE secara tertulis. “Saya bicara tentang masyarakat, inilah yang bisa saya lakukan. Selebihnya, itu di luar kemampuan saya,” tegas pria yang biasa disapa Ondim itu.
Usai pertemuan itu, warga kemudian beranjak meninggalkan Kantor Bupati Langkat untuk bergerak ke Kantor Gubernur dan Gedung DPRD Sumut. Aksi yang didominasi oleh kaum ibu itu, merupakan bentuk kekecewaan mereka terhadap pemerintah di Negeri Bertuah.
“Kami mau jalan kaki ke DPRD dan Kantor Gubernur Sumut. Kami masyarakat yang terdampak PT TLE, yang sudah meminya bantuan kepada Pemkab Langkat, yang tidak bisa menjembatani persoalan yang kami hadapi. Kami jalan kaki ke Medan, untuk penyelesaian masalah kami,” ketus Susi (47), warga Dusun Mbacang, Desa Kuta Gajah, Kecamatan Kutambaru dengan penuh harap.
Rencananya, warga akan menginap di Kantor Gubernur Sumut dan akan mendirikan tenda di sana, hingga persoalan mereka diselesaikan. Warga akan mengadukan nasibnya ke Gubernur Sumut dan berharap agar menemukan jalan keluar di sana. (Ahmad)
