TELISIK | BINJAI – Endang Trisna Handoko (44), warga Jalan Teluk Betung, Lingkungan VI Kelurahan Rambung Timur, Kecamatan Binjai Selatan dibacok AE alian AD dan DI, Minggu (3/7) sekikra jam 19.20 WIB. Pemicu pembacokan itu diduga karena korban menurunkan spanduk dan plank warga Bhakti Karya, Kecamatan Binjai Selatan.
Akibat pembacokan yang terjadi di antara Jalan Samanhudi dan Jalan Gungung Jaya Wijaya, tapatnya di kediaman Seken PSC Pemuda Pancasila (PP) Binjai Selatan itu, Endang mengalami luka serius. Dia dilarikan ke RS Bangkatan Binjai dengan luka di bagian pundak berukuran 50 Cm x 5 Cm, serta bagian lengan berukuran 10 Cm x 4 Cm. Luka Kader PP itu pun terpaksa mendapat 33 jahitan.
Peristiwa penganiayaan itu dibenarkan oleh Ketua Majelis Pimpinan Cabang (MPC) PP Kota Binjai J Payo Sitepu. Dia menegaskan, bahwa saat ini pihaknya sedang fokus memberikan pengobatan kepada korban yang merupakan Ketua Ranting PP Kelurahan Rambung Timur.
“Korban sudah kita obati dan saat ini masih dalam perawatan di rumah sakit. Kami sedang fokus memberikan perawatan dan bantuan kepada keluarga korban. Kami juga sudah melaporkannya ke Mapolres Binjai,” ungkap J Payo Sitepu.
Menurut kami, kata J Payo, hal itu merupakan perbuatan melanggar hukum. Pihaknya juga menunggu tindakan dari aparat kepolisian. Dia juga mendesak Polres Binjai segera menangkap para pelaku. Jika tidak ditangkap, artinya tindakan seperti itu dibenarkan.
“Kalau hal seperti itu dibenarkan, kita juga bisa membuatnya. Tadi malam sudah dilaporkan atas nama Iwan Hasibuan dan didampingi kuasa hukum. Kami belum tau penyebabnya. Sebab sepulang dari melayat, kami pisah. Ada yang ke Panti Biru dan ada yang pulang,” tegas J Payom, seraya menegaskan bahwa saat ini belum ada upaya mediasi dari kedua belah pihak.
Pun begitu, lanjut J Payo, pihaknya tetap menghimbau kadernya untuk tetap menjaga kekondusifan. “Tetap satu komando dan jangan melakukan hal hal yang melawan hukum,” tandasnya.
Senada, Ketua PAC PP Binjai Selatan Megang Sitepu, juga membenarkan adanya penganiayaan yang menimpa kader Pemuda Pancasila Kecamatan Binjai Selatan. Menurut informasi dari Sekretaris PAC PP Binjai Selatan, ada sekitar 15 orang yang mengejar mereka dengan kereta loreng (salah satu OKP di Kota Binjai). “Mereka mengejar dan memanahi orang kami hingga terakhir membacoknya. Ada 2 orang yang mereka kenal, yaitu AE alias AD dan DI,” bebernya.
Terpisah, Kasi Humas Polres Binjai Iptu Junaidi saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan peristiwa tersebut. “Melalui kuasa hukumnya, keduanya saling lapor dan hingga saat ini kita masih melakukan pendalaman,” ungkap Kasi Humas, sembari menegaskan bahwa laporan itu masing masing terkait penganiayaan dan pengrusakan sapnduk dan plank di Simpang Marcapada.
