Pemko Medan melalui Dispora Kota Medan menggelar lomba Kreafor (Kreasi Formasi) Pemuda yang memperebutkan piala Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution di lapangan Cadika, Medan Johor, Sabtu (10/2/2024).
Lomba ini diikuti 20 Tim pelajar atau Pemuda dari perwakilan sekolah SMA, SMK dan MA se- kota Medan.
Lomba Kreafor Pemuda yang berlangsung semarak ini dibuka Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution diwakili Kadispora Damikrot Harahap mendapatkan antusias pelajar yang mengikuti lomba tersebut.
Seperti yang disampaikan Muhammad Hadian Raffi dari SMA Negeri 19 Medan mengaku sangat senang bisa mengikuti lomba Kreafor Pemuda ini, sebab melalui kegiatan ini kami bisa mengasah kemampuan dan skill dalam kreasi narasi dan gerakan formasi.
“Kami sangat senang ikut lomba Kreafor ini, karena ini bukan sembarangan, mengasah kemampuan atau skill dalam kreasi narasi dan gerakan formasi “, jelasnya.
Diakui Hadian, dirinya bersama tim sudah mempersiapkan gerakan untuk mengikuti lomba Kreafor ini dan latihan beberapa kali. Dirinya pun menargetkan meraih juara dalam ajang ini.
“Sebelum mengikuti lomba kami sudah latihan sekitar satu Minggu. Dalam lomba ini kami membentuk formasi tentang kepemimpinan dengan jumlah anggota 13 orang”, jelasnya.
Sebelumnya Kadispora Damikrot Harahap dalam sambutannya mengatakan lomba kreasi pasukan baris-berbaris merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler positif di kalangan para pelajar sekolah menengah.
“Kegiatan lomba Kreafor ini tidak hanya mengasah pelajar dalam ketangkasan baris-berbaris, formasi barisan maupun sistematika tata Upacara, lomba kreasi ini juga merupakan sarana latihan kedisiplinan kita sikap mental dan perilaku fisik prima serta semangat dan kekompakan antar sesama pelajar”, jelasnya.
Dikatakan Damikrot, lomba Kreafor ini tidak hanya membentuk pengetahuan sikap dan perilaku tetapi juga ditambahkan akan nilai-nilai estetika yang berangkat dari kreativitas setiap peserta untuk dapat menunjukkan nilai-nilai positif.
“karena saya yakin kalian adalah siswa-siswi yang terbaik yang diutus oleh sekolah kalian masing-masing”, kata Damikrot seraya menambahkan kegiatan ini juga upaya dalam mewujudkan visi misi bapak Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution khususnya di bidang Kepemudaan.
Damikrot menambahkan kegiatan lomba kreasi memperebutkan piala Wali Kota Medan ini juga sudah menjadi ajang tahunan namun pernah terhenti dikarenakan wabah Covid-19.
Oleh karena itu Dispora berharap bagi para siswa yang ikut lomba agar mempersiapkan diri dengan sebaik mungkin serta upayakan apa yang akan ditampilkan nanti memiliki nilai orisinalitas.
“Kepada yang peserta yang ikut lomba saya berpesan agar terus menjaga sportivitas, jadikanlah persaingan untuk menambah pertemanan antar sesama kalian.
Artinya lomba ini menjadikan kalian untuk memiliki orientasi akan nilai persatuan dan kesatuan kepada sesama rekan satu sekolah tetapi juga persatuan dan kesatuan antar sekolah yang berbeda, sehingga jadikanlah kegiatan ini sebagai sarana untuk membina persahabatan dan saling kenal”, sebut Damikrot.
Damikrot juga berpesan kepada para pelajar yang mengikuti lomba untuk selalu menjauhi narkoba karena narkoba adalah batu sandungan bagi prestasi kalian, artinya semakin banyak generasi muda yang bebas narkoba maka kota Medan memiliki harapan untuk lebih berkembang di masa mendatang.
“Selamat mengikuti lomba Kreafor pasukan baris-berbaris bagi para pemuda kota Medan dan pada seluruh peserta tampilkanlah yang terbaik demi mengharumkan nama sekolah dan tetap menjaga nama baik nama baik sekolah kalian masing-masing”, pintanya.
Sementara itu, Kabid Layanan Kepemudaan Dispora Muhammad Rizki Husni, mengungkapkan lomba Kreafor Pemuda ini diikuti 20 tim Pelajar atau pemuda dari perwakilan SMA, SMK dan MA di kota Medan. Peserta yang mengikuti lomba yang memperebutkan piala Wali Kota Medan ini tidak dikenakan biaya alias gratis.
“Terdapat empat kategori dalam lomba Kreafor Pemuda yaitu kreasi formasi, kostum terbaik, komandan terbaik dan suporter terbaik. Masing-masing dari pemenang nantinya akan mendapatkan tropi, piagam dan sejumlah uang pembinaan dengan total hadiah sebesar Rp 30 juta”, jelas Rizki.(yng)
