Batang Serangan – Rekapitulasi penghitungan suara Pemilu 2024 di Kecamatan Batang Serangan ditargetkan selesai Selasa (20/2/2024) malam. Meski sempat diintervensi oknum camat beberapa hari lalu, tapi Penyelenggara Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) dan Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) di kecamatan tersebut dapat mengantisipasinya.
“Pas malam Minggu (17/2/2024) kemarin, tiba – tiba pak camat menyarankan agar rekap dihentikan dan dilanjutkan besoknya. Tapi Panwas dan PPK sepakat tetap lanjut merampungkan rekap Desa Paluh Pakeh,” ungkap nara sumber sembari meminta hak tolaknya, Selasa (20/2/2024) siang.
Sempat terjadi perdebatan saat itu. Camat Batang Serangan Dr Robbi Rezeki SPd MPd tetap menyarankan agar rekapitulasi dihentikan sementara. Namun Panwascam dan PPK di sana bersikeras untuk melanjutkannya.
Akhirnya, usai rekapitulasi penghitungan suara untuk Desa Paluh Pakeh, kegiatan pun dihentikan. Logistik Pemilu 2024 pun langsung dimasukkan ke Aula Kantor Camat Batang Serangan.
Ketua PPK Batang Serangan Bambang Seriadi membenarkan hal tersebut. Ia menegaskan, saat itu rekapitulasi suara Desa Paluh Pakeh tetap dilanjutkan hingga rampung.
“Kami tidak akan melakukan penghentian rekapitulasi, hingga ada surat dari pimpinan. Jadi, malam itu tetap kami lanjutkan hingga selesai rekap untuk Desa Paluh Pakeh. Memang pak camat sempat mengusulkan untuk dihentikan sementara,” kata dia.
Terkait progres rekapitulasi, Bambang mengatakan, kegiatan tersebut terus dikebut. Ia berharap, agar rekapitulasi penghitungan suara bisa segera diselesaikan, tanpa ada kendala apa pun.
Perihal dugaan adanya intimidasi atau intervensi dari pihak eksternal, Bambanng pun menepisnya. “Alhamdulillah gak ada yang mengintervensi. Rekapitulasi di sini berjalan lancar dan kondusif,” tegas Bambang.
Sementara, Robbi menerangkan, iya menyarankan penghentian rekap atas dasar pertimbangan ketahanan fisik penyelenggara rekap di sana. Mengingat, ada beberapa desa di kecamatan tersebut yang lokasinya jauh dari lokasi rekapitulasi.
“Kasihan penyelenggara dari desa yang jauh dari kantor camat. Mereka terlihat sangat letih. Jadi saya menyarankan agar rekapitulasi untuk dihentikan sementara,” kata dia, via sambungan telepon selulernya.
Begitu pun, lanjut Robbi, saat penyelenggara tetap melanjutkan rekapitulasi, iya tidak memaksakan rekapitulasi untuk dihentikan. Karena, usulannya hanya berdasarkan pertimbangan ketahanan fisik penyelenggara.
Selain hal tersebut, dari informasi yang diterima awak media, ada juga pihak yang melakukan kordinasi dengan oknum PPK Batang Serangan, untuk mengondisikan suara caleg. Namun hal itu ditolak dengan tegas oleh oknum PPK.
Namun, oknum PPK menepis informasi yang diterima awak media. Iya menegaskan tak ada pihak yang menghubunginya untuk mengondisikan suara caleg. “Gak ada bang,” kata oknum PPK tersebut dengan singkat. (Ahmad)
