TELISIK | STABAT – Ani (49), istri dari Bakri (53), sopir travel yang diduga dibunuh Marwan Syahputra (26) tiga tahun silam tak bisa membendung perasaannya. Sambal terisak, Ani meminta agar pembunuh berdarah dingin itu dihukum seberat – beratnya. Ibu empat anak itu berharap, agar para pelaku dihukum mati. Nyawa diganti dengan nyawa.
Hal itu disampaikannya usai menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai saksi di Mapolres Langkat, Senin (23/5) siang. Didampingi kerabat dan empat orang anaknya, dia mengisahkan awal hilangnya Bakri sang sopir travel.
Sekira Kamis (2/5/2019) siang, dari loket travelnya, Bakri mendapat tawaran untuk mengantar penumpang dengan tujuan Blangkejeren, Aceh. Kemudian, Bakri langsung bergegas menjemput penumpangnya di seputaran Pasar VII Tembung.
“Dia (Bakri) cuma bilang mau ngantar sewa ke Blangkejeren. Waktu itu, saya gak ada firasat apapun. Waktu baru berangkat dari Medan, dia sempat nanya mau dibawakan apa saat dia pulang dari Blangkejeren,” kenang Ani dengan linangan air mata.
Malam harinya, perasaan Ani mulai tak tenang. Sekira jam 24.00 WIB, dia kemudian menelepon suaminya. Dari seberang telepon, Bakri mengabarkan, dirinya sedang berhenti di seputaran Kabanjahe, Karo. Kebetulan saat itu anak dari penumpangnya sedang buang air besar.
Saat itu, kata Ani, merupakan terakhir kalinya dia berkomunikasi dengan suaminya. Paginya, perasaan Ani makin tak menentu. Dia tak lagi mendapat kabar dari suaminya. Ani beranggapan, suaminya sedang istirahat karena letih semalaman mengemudi.
Sampai Sabtu (2/5/2019) pagi Bakri tak kunjung memberi kabar. Telepon selulernya tak bisa dihubungi. Ani pun menyampaikan kegelisahannya terkait hal itu kepada adik Bakri. Di hari itu juga, mereka mulai melakukan upaya pencarian.
Mulai dari menghubungi sanak keluarga, mencari ke Kawasan hutan dan jurang di seputaran Kabanjahe pun dilakukan. Pencarian diteruskan hingga ke Kutacane. Namun Bakri tak juga ditemukan. Akhirnya, mereka melaporkan resmi terkait orang hilang di Mapolres Kutacane.
Berbagai uapya pun dilakukan. Namun semuanya tak membuahkan hasil yang memuaskan. Persis tiga tahun berlalu. Akhirnya keluarga Bakri mendengar kabar penemuan tulang manusia diduga korban pembunuhan, Kamis (19/5) kemarin. Tulang itu diduga korban pembunuhan yang mayatnya dibakar dan dikubur di Dusun IV Parit Rimo, Desa Jati Sari, Kecamatan Padang Tualang.
“Begitu mendengar kabar pembunuhan sadis itu, hancur kali perasaanku. Gak bisa ku ungkapkan. Luar biasa sedihnya. Anak kami empat yang ditinggalkan. Aku banting tulang sendirian untuk besarkan anak,” kata Ani dengan tangis yang tak terbendung.
Ani, anak beserta keluarganya tak terima atas pembunuhan sadis yang dialami Bakri. Mereka berharap, agar penegak hukum memberikan ganjaran seberat – beratnya. “Gak ada maaf sama dia (pelaku) itu. Aku dan suamiku menderita selama tiga tahun. Aku minta dihukum mati. Nyawa diganti dengan nyawa,” tandas wanita yang berdomisili di Gayo, Aceh itu.
Sopir mobil travel dibunuh. Mayatnya dibakar dan kemudian ditimbun tanah seta sampah tanaman. Warga Dusun IV Parit Rimo, Desa Jati Sari, Kecamatan Padang Tualang, Kabupaten Langkat pun gempar. Tulang belulang korban ditemukan, Kamis (19/5) malam sekira jam 18.30 WIB, persis di samping rumah Marwan Syahputra (26), yang diduga kuat sebagai pelaku pembunuhan.
Hal itu terungkap dari warga sekitar yang mendapat informasi tentang peristiwa pembunuhan. Warga yang sigap, langsung mengamankan Marwan Syahputra dan istrinya yang bernama Ariyanti (26) di kediamannya. Selanjutnya, warga sekitar menyerahkan pasangan suami istri itu kepada aparat kepolisian Polsek Padang Tualang.
Di hadapan polisi, ayah dari tiga anak itu mengaku telah melakukan pembunuhan terhadap sopir travel yang tak diketahui identitasnya (Mr X). Dia melakukan hal itu pada November 2018 silam dengan dibantu ayah dan ibu kandungnya dengan perencanaan yang matang. “Tujuannya untuk menguasai mobil travel itu,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Langkat IPTU Luis Beltran STK SIK MH, via pesan tertulisnya, Jum’at (20/5) pagi.
Awalnya, kata IPTU Luis, abang ipar tersangka yang berdomisili di Jl Makmur Gg Dahlia No 14 Tembung, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan telah memesan mobil travel. Kemudian, tersangka dan istri serta keluarganya berangkat ke rumah abang iparnya. Di sana, mereka dijemput oleh sopir mobil travel dengan tujuan Medan – Blangkejeren sekira jam 19.40 WIB dengan mobil Innova Reborn.
Sekira jam 00.30 WIB, persisnya di jalan lintas Kecamatan Tiga Binanga, Kabupaten Karo, ibu tersangka yang bernama Leginah (almarhum) pura – pura hendak muntah. Kemudian sopir pun menghentikan laju kendaraannya. Di sana, Ariyanti dan Leginah pun turun dari mobil.
Kemudian, momen itu dimanfaatkan tersangka untuk menjerat leher Mr X dengan tali nilon yang sudah disiapkannya. Korban pun meronta. Wagimin, ayah kandung yang duduk di samping Mr X bergerak cepat menusuk badan korban dengan pisau sebanyak empat kali. Akhirnya, korban pun meninggal di dalam mobil tersebut.
Setelah itu, korban dibalut dengan terpal dan diletakkan di bagian belakang mobil. Kemudian Wagimin mengambil alih setir dan mengemudikan mobil tersebut. Mereka langsung bergegas balik arah ke rumah tersangaka di Dusun IV Parit Rimo, Kecamatan Padang Tualang, Kabupaten Langkat.
Tersangka dan keluarganya tiba di Dusun IV Parit Rimo sekira jam 03.30 WIB. Marwan Syahputra kemudian menggali lobang sedalam 50 Cm dan menyusun potongan kayu rambung di dalamnya. Kayu itu kemudian disiram solar dan langsung dibakarnya.
Setelah api menyala, Marwan Syahputra dan Wagimin kemudian meletakkan mayat Mr X di atasnya. Mereka juga meletakkan sampah – sampah dia atas mayat tersebut. Sekira jam 05.30 WIB, mayat korban telah hangus terbakar. Mereka kmudian menutup bekas bakaran mayat itu dengan tanah dan sampah. (Ah/Yong)
