TELISIK | SIMALUNGUN – Seorang wanita paruh baya Nurieni Saragih (56) menangis histeris dan mohon keadilan di Markas Kepolisian Resor Simalungun. Ibu rumah tangga ini kecewa lantaran enam terduga preman yang menganiaya serta merusak rumahnya tidak ditahan polisi.
Warga Desa Silandoyung Nagori Silau Paribuan, Kecamatan Silau Kahean, Kabupaten Simalungun, Sumatra Utara (Sumut) itu merengek di depan pintu masuk Satreskrim Polres Simalungun. Seorang penyidik Satreskrim Polres Simalungun Briptu Cou Sinaga coba menenangkannya.
Wanita berhijab itu tetap menangis dan bermohon sambil menyembah Briptu Cou Sinaga, agar para pelaku yang menganiaya serta merusak rumahnya segera ditangkap dan dilakukan penahanan.
Terus Diteror
“Tolonglah pak polisi, para pelaku yang menganiaya dan merusak rumah saya tolong segera ditangkap. Saya setiap hari diteror pak, takut dibunuh sama mereka (pelaku),” kata Nureni kepada Briptu Cou Sinaga, Kamis (24/6) siang.
Kepada penyidik, Nurieni menjelaskan, kasus yang menimpanya sudah berlangsung enam bulan, dan sudah dilaporkannya pada 29 Desember 2020 silam. “Tolonglah pak polisi, saya takut sekali. Kemana lagi saya mau mengadu kalau bukan sama pak polisi. Saya ini warga Negara Indonesia pak,” ujarnya sembari terus menangis.
Dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan
Di hadapan korban, Briptu Cou Sinaga menjelaskan, kalau kasus yang dilaporkan korban sudah dilimpahkan Satreskrim Polres Simalungun ke Kejaksaan.
“Tinggal menunggu petunjuk dari kejaksaan. Mengenai keenam pelaku tidak ditahan, itu kewenangan kami dan berdasarkan hasil gelar perkara yang dilakukan penyidik,” ucap Briptu Cou Sinaga.
Cou Sinaga juga mengakui menemui kendala dalam menangani perkara yang menimpa Nurieni Saragih. “Kami tidak mendapatkan video peristiwa saat kejadian. Saat dipanggil penyidik, para tersangka tidak ada yang mengakui perbuatannya,” kata Cou Sinaga.
Alasan yang disampaikan penyidik Cou Sinaga membuat kuasa hukum korban Bambang Samosir sempat geleng-geleng kepala. Bambang menduga penyidik menyalahgunakan wewenang.
“Pak Cou Sinaga, saya tahu kalau kasus yang dilaporkan klien saya telah dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan bahkan tinggal menunggu P21 (berkas lengkap). Namun yang saya mau pertanyakan, apa dasar penyidik tidak menangkap dan menahan keenam pelaku. Apalagi ibu ini (korban) sudah tua, dianiaya, dikeroyok dan rumahnya dihancurkan terduga pelaku,” tanya Bambang kepada Cou Sinaga.
Cuo Sinaga yang mendapat pertanyaan menjawab kalau yang menangani perkara Nurieni Sinaga adalah atasannya. “Para pelaku tidak ditahan berdasarkan hasil gelar perkara. Silahkan tanya langsung kepada atasan saya yang menangani perkara ini,” kata Cou Sinaga
Ketika kuasa hukum korban meminta agar dipertemukan dengan Kapolres atau Kasat Reskrim atau pun Kanit Reskrim, Cou Sinaga mengaku kalau perwira yang disebut sedang tidak berada di tempat.
Korban Nurieni Saragih dan kuasa hukumnya akhirnya keluar dari Polres Simalungun dengan rasa kecewa. Korban Nurieni rencananya akan melaporkan Kapolres dan penyidik Satreskrim Polres Simalungun ke Bidang Propam Polda Sumut, pada Jumat (25/6) mendatang.
Diketahui, Nurieni Saragih menjadi korban penganiayaan dan pengeroyokan sejumlah preman di dalam rumahnya di Desa Silandoyung Nagori Silau Paribuan, Kecamatan Silau Kahean, Kabupaten Simalungun, pada 29 Desember 2020 silam. Selain dianiaya, rumah korban juga dirusak sehingga kaca jendela pecah dan pintu rusak.
Korban telah membuat laporan pengaduan resmi ke Polsek Silau Kahean sesuai No Pol : STPL/46/XII/20220/S-Kahean tertanggal 20 Desember 2020. Kapolsek Silau Kahean AKP Horas Sinaga langsung turun memimpin jalannya proses olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP).
Korban juga disarankan agar membuat visum karena mendapat luka-luka di antaranya kepala bocor dan beberapa bagian tubuhnya luka memar. Namun, pada 8 Januari 2021, penanganan kasus yang dilaporkan korban dilimpahkan ke Polres Simalungun.
Sejak dilaporkan hingga statusnya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, terduga pelaku tidak ditangkap dan masih bebas berkeliaran. (AViD/HS)
